At the start of the year 2006, I am pleased to have this opportunity to recognize the Editorial Board, Reviewers, Associate Editors, Editors and JJCO Publication Staff for their diligence and dedication to the journal. As we start this new year, I would like to reflect on our achievements over the past year, and introduce some changes in the new year.
